Cut the PP sheets to the appropriate sizes using the foot size indicator lines or old soles.
撕開PP板正反面雙面膠
Remove the double-sided tape on the PP sheets both sides of the sheets.
貼在鞋墊背面的前掌位置
Stick the sheets onto the forefoot area of the sole.
將鞋墊放回鞋內，並壓平整
Reinsert the insole into the shoes, ensuring the sheets are well placed.
